道法自然Dao Fa Zi Ran means we can do whatever and however we want?

Dao Fa Zi Ran道法自然, Wu Wei无为, are the important theory of Dao De Ching道德经. But many people use them as excuses to be excessive and lustful. In the 48th Chapter of Dao De Jing said:"无为而无不为”, Wuwei means don't do the things that interference or disobey the rule of universe. Wu Bu Wei means to do all the things what fits the pattern of the rule of universe. As a Daoist Priest, we can't disobey the DaoDe, our guardings, and the law. We should do what conforms the Daoism Teaching and Doctrine.
